Must I be at home when you clean my house?
It’s your choice. Many of our customers prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Others are home while we clean.
Do I need to provide my own house cleaning products?
We will always be prepared to clean your home with our own products. If in any case you have preferable cleaning products that you would like to supply instead, just inform our office and we will inform your housekeeper.
Will I always have the same housekeeper ?
We make every effort to have the same house keepers in your home.
How do I pay for your residential cleaning services?
Cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards. Payment is due at time of cleaning. For commercial accounts, Monthly Invoices are an option.
